1. Agreement to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in to MyTripMemories SMS messaging service, you agree to receive text messages from MyTripMemories related to your trip memory collections. These messages may include:

• Welcome messages when you connect your phone number
• Invitation messages to contribute to trip collections
• Confirmation messages when your memories are added
• Status updates about your trip collections
• Periodic reminders about active trips

2. Consent and Opt-In

Your consent to receive SMS messages is obtained through one of the following methods:

• Web Form Opt-In: By entering your phone number in our web application at mytripmemories.com
• SMS Reply Opt-In: By replying "1", "YES", or "Y" to an invitation message

You will not receive any SMS messages until you have explicitly opted in through one of these methods.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity. You may receive approximately 5-20 messages per month depending on how often you contribute to trip collections and how many trips you participate in. You will receive a confirmation message each time you add a memory (photo or text) to a trip.

6. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to any messages sent or received. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. MyTripMemories is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless carrier.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is available on major US wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Content You Send

When you send photos or text messages to MyTripMemories via SMS, that content is added to your shared trip collection and may be visible to other participants in that trip. By sending content, you confirm that you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

9. Privacy

Your phone number and message content are handled in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by sending an SMS message or by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the SMS service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
